HAR File

Learn how to create a HAR file that can be provided to CloudFlow in a support request to help identify and fix an issue.

Google Chrome

  1. In Google Chrome, in the top right, click Customize and control Google Chrome (three vertical dots).
  2. Hover over More Tools and then click Developer Tools.
  3. In DevTools, click the Network panel.
  4. Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
  5. In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
  6. Click Save all as HAR with content and then save the HAR file.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. In Mozilla Firefox, in the top right, click Open application menu (three horizontal lines).
  2. Click More tools and then Web Developer Tools.
  3. In Web Developer Tools, click the Network panel.
  4. Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
  5. In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
  6. Click Save All As Har and then save the HAR file.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In Microsoft Edge, in the top right, click Settings and more (three horizontal dots).
  2. Hover over More Tools and then click Developer Tools.
  3. In DevTools, click the Network panel.
  4. Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
  5. In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
  6. Click Save all as HAR with content and then save the HAR file.
