HAR File
Learn how to create a HAR file that can be provided to CloudFlow in a support request to help identify and fix an issue.
Google Chrome
- In Google Chrome, in the top right, click Customize and control Google Chrome (three vertical dots).
 - Hover over More Tools and then click Developer Tools.
 - In DevTools, click the Network panel.
 - Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
 - In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
 - Click Save all as HAR with content and then save the HAR file.
 
Mozilla Firefox
- In Mozilla Firefox, in the top right, click Open application menu (three horizontal lines).
 - Click More tools and then Web Developer Tools.
 - In Web Developer Tools, click the Network panel.
 - Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
 - In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
 - Click Save All As Har and then save the HAR file.
 
Microsoft Edge
- In Microsoft Edge, in the top right, click Settings and more (three horizontal dots).
 - Hover over More Tools and then click Developer Tools.
 - In DevTools, click the Network panel.
 - Go to the page you want to save a HAR file for (or reload the page if you are already on it).
 - In the Network panel, right click on any network request.
 - Click Save all as HAR with content and then save the HAR file.
