We are pleased to announce the new Section Customer Support Portal with enhanced functionality and access to Section’s extensive support resources.
With this update you can continue to submit and track tickets with our engineering team.
We’ve also added links to our documentation, tips for improving your applications on Section, and hundreds of blog posts on edge computing.
Over time we will be updating and building out our Knowledge Base and FAQs. We also plan to grow a Support Community aimed at getting tips from Section users on how they leverage the Section platform, as well as generate general discussion around the edge compute space.
